But this actually is teaching us how we can improve our well care; here are a few tips you can follow to keep your beloved ones staying healthy.

  • Simple changes to your diet — like eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains           and cooking with less fat — can make a difference
  • Be more active: walking instead of driving, or use the stairs instead of taking the elevator.         This can help you to stay healthy. If you start making these healthy changes now, you can         improve your overall health.
  • Before you cook take out the skin of the chicken or turkey; as well the excess of fat from           the meat.
  • Cook and eat foods with less salt. Make low-salt broths or use citrus juices to flavor your           foods.
  • Select an activity that you enjoy, like riding a bike, dancing, or walking.
